We were thrilled to have been recognised in not one, not two but SIX PR industry awards, all in matter of months:

  • Maya Ivanovic, Associate Director – Client Services and Anastasiia Nazarenko, Senior Account Manager, were named finalists for in the Public Relations category of the B&T Australia Women in Media Awards this year. The B&T Australia Women in Media Awards recognise the exceptional female-identifying talent who have achieved incredible success in their professional careers, as well as those who mentor and create opportunities for other women. The awards received over 400 nominations in 2023.

  • Karina Durham, CEO and Anastasiia Nazarenko, Senior Account Manager, were named finalists in the Public Relations Institute of Australia Golden Target Awards in respective categories of Leader of the Year and Emerging Leader of the Year.


  • Our award-winning work with Hearts4heart on heart diseases and CSL Sequiris on influenza awareness got us into the finalists for PRIME Awards.


  • Palin Communications has been named a finalist in PR Daily Top Agencies Awards, with a special recognition and a commentary that “doing good is also good business.”

  • We have also made an appearance in the finalists list in the Health Industry Hub Catalysts for Change 2023 Awards, with the agency scoring a recognition for PR Agency of the Year category and Joni Thomes, our Associate Director – People and Culture, recognised as PR Agency Individual of the Year.

  • Our work with Dying to Know on end-of-life planning and awareness raising campaign with CSL Seqirus were named finalists in PR Daily Awards in respective categories of Media Relations and Nonprofit Campaign and Healthcare PR Campaign of the Year.

Managing Director Martin Palin said he was delighted with the recognition for the Palin Communications team and the work we put our hearts and minds into.

“Very nice to see our health communications expertise and contribution to the development of individuals being acknowledged. Being a finalist in six different industry awards really lends credibility to our focus, culture and client service standards,” said Martin.
